Jim Marshal and John Lee Hooker

Jim Marshal is perhaps one of the 20th centuries finest music photographers and John Lee Hooker is certainly one of the Blues greats so while documenting this show I was glad when I found a moment to make this portrait. I always liked Jim and saw him recently because both of us contributed images to a benefit put on by his talented assistant Amelia, who runs a great organization called MS Friends.
